Japan-South Korea agreement on the settlement of claims
日韓請求権協定 (=the 1965 Japan-South Korea Claims Settlement Agreement:日韓国交正常化に伴って1965年に結ばれた協定。韓国に日本が有償・無償計5億ドルの経済協力資金を提供するとともに、韓国人元徴用工への未払い賃金を含めて、「日韓両国およびその国民(法人を含む)の財産、権利、利益、両国およびその国民の間の請求権に関する問題は、完全かつ最終的に解決されたこととなることを確認する」と明記されている)
