Revised Personal Information Protection Lawの用例
To prevent any unfair discrimination and prejudice, the revised Personal Information Protection Law stipulates that such data as race, medical history and criminal records is “personal information that needs consideration,” and prohibits in principle acquisition of such data without individuals’ consent.
不当な差別や偏見を防ぐため、改正個人情報保護法は、人種や病歴、犯罪歴などを「要配慮個人情報」と規定し、原則として本人の同意を得ないでこれらの情報を取得することを禁止している。
