ロシア連邦議会の下院にあたる国家院 (Dumaの正式呼称。ロシアの最高議決機関である連邦議会(Federal Assembly)の下院。定数450議席で、議員の任期は4年。上院にあたる連邦院はFederation Council [Soviet Federatsii])
