U.N. Convention against Transnational Organized Crime

国際組織犯罪防止条約 (テロ組織や暴力団、マフィアなどによる国際的な組織に対応するため、2000年11月に国連総会で採択され、2003年9月に発効した。2015年7月現在、185か国・地域が締結済みで、主要7か国(G7)で未締結国は日本だけとなっている)
