In case of Facebook’s crypto-asset or cryptocurrency Libra, it is assumed that price fluctuations will be restrained by using legal currencies such as the dollar, yen and euro as backup assets, thereby making it possible to use Libra for remittance, payment or settlement.
フェイスブックの暗号資産(仮想通貨)「リブラ」の場合は、ドルや円、ユーロなどの法定通貨を裏付け資産にして価格変動を抑え、それによってリブラを送金、支払いや決済などに使えるようにするという想定だ。
