In the event that any of the terms of this agreement are declared to be illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction, such term of terms shall be null and void with respect to the jurisdiction of that court and shall be deemed deleted from this agreement.
本契約条項のいずれかが正当な管轄権のある裁判所により違法と宣告された場合、当該条項はその裁判所の管轄地域に関しては無効とし、本契約から排除されたものと見なす。
