defective productの用例
In case of any claim for which the seller is responsible, the seller has the option to either repair the defects on the seller’s account or to replace the defective products or parts thereof or to refund the purchaser damages.
売り主が責任を負うべきクレームの場合、売り主は、売り主の勘定で瑕疵(かし)を修理するか、瑕疵ある製品[欠陥製品]またはその部品を取り替えるか、買い主に損害額を払い戻すかのいずれかの選択権を持つ。
