due diligence investigationの用例

Commencing on the date of this agreement until the Closing, Buyer shall be permitted to perform such due diligence investigation related to the transactions contemplated by this agreement as Buyer deems necessary and appropriate in its discretion.
本契約締結日からクロージングまで、買い主は、本契約で意図されている取引に関して買い主が買い主の判断で必要かつ適切と考えるデュー・ディリジェンス調査を行うことができる。
