保釈を条件に被疑者に自白を強要する検察の手法は、「人質司法」と呼ばれている。
Under the so-called hostage justice, suspects who deny the charges against them remain in custody.
いわゆる「人質司法」では、罪状を否認した容疑者は保釈されない。
