Except for properties or assets that have been disposed of in the ordinary course of business, the borrower has good and marketable title to all properties and assets of which ownership is reflected in its most recent balance sheet contained in the financial statements referred to in Clause 10.03.
通常の業務過程で処分した財産や資産を除いて、借入人は、第10.03条に記載した財務書類[財務諸表]に含まれる借入人の最新の貸借対照表で所有していることが表示されている財産と資産を、すべて売買できる正当な権原を持っている。
