ordinary business hoursの用例

The licensee, at the request and at the expense of the licensor, permits its personnel and/or an independent accountant designated by the licensor to have access to, examine and copy during ordinary business hours such records as may be necessary to verify or determine any royalties, paid or payable, under this agreement.
ライセンシーは、ライセンサーの要請があるときは、ライセンサーの費用でライセンサーの人員および/またはライセンサーが指定する独立会計士が、本契約のもとに支払ったまたは支払うべきロイヤルティの額を確認・決定するために必要な記録を、ライセンシーの通常の営業時間中に閲覧、検証し、コピーすることを許可する。
