organizational interestsの用例

Organizational interests can arise from a system that guarantees a postretirement income of several hundreds of million yen for former high-ranking bureaucrats by allowing them to take up positions at corporations and other institutions in a practice called “amakudari” (descent from heaven).
組織利益の原因は、「天下り」といわれる一つの慣習として、企業その他の組織への高級官僚の再就職を許して、元高級官僚に対して数億円単位の退職後の収入を保証するシステムにある。
