special courtの用例

The Supreme Court acknowledged the illegality of special courts set up at isolation facilities and other locations for leprosy trials and apologized to former leprosy patients and others.
最高裁は、ハンセン病患者の裁判のため隔離施設などに設置した特別法廷の違法を認め、元ハンセン病患者らに謝罪した。

Under the Japanese Court Act, trials can be held at special courts outside court buildings if the Supreme Court finds it necessary.
日本の裁判所法では、最高裁が必要と判断した場合、裁判所外の特別法廷で裁判を開くことができる。
