The government will implement “the substitute execution” under which it will repeal Okinawa Gov. Takeshi Onaga’s cancellation of the landfill work approval in place of him if the Naha branch of the Fukuoka High Court rules in favor of the government.
福岡高裁那覇支部が政府の訴えを認める判決を下した場合、政府は、翁長・沖縄県知事に代わって知事の埋め立て承認取り消しを撤回する「代執行」を行うことになる。
