❷〔今後〕after this；〔将来〕in (the) future（▼ 《米》 では通例theを用い，《英》 では用いない）

I will try to do it by myself after this.／〔残りは〕I'll try to do the rest myself.

I am not thinking about the future.

この先いつまで続くのか
How much longer is it going to continue?

この先は何をするつもりか
