continuing waiver

継続的権利放棄

continuing waiverの用例

No waiver by either party, whether expressed or implied, of any provision of this agreement, or of any breach or default, shall constitute a continuing waiver of such breach or default of such provision of this agreement.
明示・黙示を問わず本契約の規定または契約違反もしくは債務不履行に関する一方の当事者の権利放棄は、当該契約違反または本契約の当該規定の債務不履行に関する継続的権利放棄を構成しないものとする。
