ABC shall not be liable for any lost profit or for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or for any claim against XYZ by any third party, except for patent or copyright infringement as expressly set forth in this agreement.
ABCは、逸失利益に対しても、また間接損害、特別損害、付随的損害または派生的損害に対しても、また本契約に明確に規定する特許権、著作権侵害の場合を除いて、XYZに対する第三者によるクレームに対しても、一切責任を負わないものとする。
