To differentiate legitimate refugees from illegal migrants, inflowing from the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere, EU member countries have decided to establish facilities for registering refugees and taking fingerprints in Greece and Italy by the end of November 2015.
中東やアフリカなどから流入する合法難民と不法移民を区別するため、EU(欧州連合)加盟国は、難民登録や指紋採取を行う施設を、2015年11月末までに設置することを決めた。
