public domainの用例

The licensee’s obligation under this Article with respect to the confidential information shall not apply to information which is part of the public domain at the time of disclosure by the licensor, or thereafter becomes part of the public domain without fault on the part of the licensee.
本条に基づく秘密情報に関するライセンシーの義務は、ライセンサーによる開示の時点で公知であるか、その後ライセンシー側の過失なしに公知となる情報には適用されないものとする。
