説明
Yakitori is a shish kebab-like dish. Bite-sized pieces of chicken (or sometimes giblets or other kinds of meat) are placed on bamboo skewers and barbecued over a charcoal fire. A lightly sweetened soy-based sause or salt is applied to the meat while it is being grilled. Yakitori is a staple bar food served at traditional Japanese drinking places such as izakaya and akachochin.（意訳：鶏肉や砂肝または牛，豚のもつなどを串に刺して，炭火でたれや塩をつけながら焼き上げた，シシカバブに似た料理．居酒屋，赤提灯などで酒の肴(さかな)にされる）
