くだる【下る】
❶〔低い所に移る〕go down; descend ⇒おりる（降りる）
私たちは急いで山を下った
We hurried down the mountain.
船はゆるやかに川を下って行った
The boat moved leisurely downstream.
坂を下ったところに学校がある
There is a school at the bottom of the hill.
❷〔下回る〕
球場には５万を下らない観衆が詰めかけた
No fewer than fifty thousand spectators crowded into the stadium [ball park].
❸〔中心地から地方へ行く〕
私は新幹線で博多まで下った
I went down to Hakata on the Shinkansen.
九州へ下る
go (down) to Kyushu
❹〔申し渡される〕
被告に懲役２年の判決が下った
The defendant was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.

The order was given [issued] to withdraw.
