（2）急性前骨髄球性白血病（acute promyelocytic leukemia：APL）造血幹細胞移植の適応
　オールトランス型レチノイン酸と化学療法を併用した治療で寛解に到達した症例については高い確率での長期無病生存が得られるため，第一寛解期の造血幹細胞移植は行われず，再発後の第二寛解期が造血幹細胞移植の適応となる．RT-PCRでMRD陰性の第二寛解が得られたら，自家移植を選択するのが妥当であるが，MRD陽性の場合は同種移植を検討する．［神田善伸］
